Kerrco Inc. is a privately held oil and gas company based in Houston, Texas.
Founded in 1989, Kerrco Inc. is exclusively focused on non-operated domestic producing oil and gas reserves. Over the past four decades, we have delivered substantial value to our shareholders through the acquisition, retention, and sale of oil and gas leases, mineral rights, and royalty interests. Kerrco also manages and participates in limited partnerships whose sole purpose is to purchase interests in producing oil and gas properties.
About Us
Kerrco Inc. was founded by J. Robinson (Rob) Kerr, who serves as CEO and President. His father, Baine P. Kerr, former President of Pennzoil Company, was a longtime director and advisor. Rob graduated from the University of Texas in 1975 with a degree in business administration and received his law degree from St. Mary’s University in 1978.
Since its founding, Kerrco Inc. has generated over $55mm in revenue for its approximate 50 domestic and international shareholders, many of whom have been shareholders since Kerrco’s inception. Unlike many other companies in Oil and Gas, Kerrco has remained entirely debt-free with positive cash flow, despite the cyclical nature of our industry.
